Lider Etkin Akademik DerneÄŸi (LEAD)

LEAD is fully committed to playing an active, responsible, and strategically meaningful role throughout all phases of the project, from preparation to implementation, dissemination, and long-term exploitation of results. As an organization with extensive experience in youth engagement, human rights, and intercultural dialogue, LEAD will contribute both organizational capacity and thematic expertise to ensure that project objectives are met with high quality and sustainability. During the preparation phase, LEAD will support the development of a clear operational framework, assist in establishing effective communication structures among partners, and contribute to the selection and comprehensive preparation of participants. This includes ensuring that selected youth workers, volunteers, and professionals are fully informed about the project’s methodology, aims, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.

Throughout the implementation stage, LEAD will actively take part in all project activities, workshops, seminars, training programs, and collaborative initiatives. It will help strengthen networking opportunities between partner NGOs, institutions, and stakeholders by facilitating dialogue, encouraging knowledge exchange, and promoting cooperative learning environments. LEAD’s team—which includes social media experts, designers, trainers, facilitators, and youth leaders—will contribute to a constructive and inclusive project atmosphere, ensuring that participants gain valuable skills, broaden their perspectives, and meaningfully engage in intercultural cooperation. Furthermore, the organization will maintain accurate and transparent records of all financial expenditures related to the project, implementing internal monitoring mechanisms to guarantee accountability, reliability, and compliance with project guidelines.

A major area of contribution for LEAD is dissemination. With a dynamic international network and strong online presence, the organization will support the communication and visibility strategy by distributing promotional materials both in Malta and internationally. It will ensure that project outcomes reach relevant audiences through its website, numerous social media platforms, EPALE, SALTO channels, Erasmus+ networks, and more than 50 active Facebook groups. LEAD will also participate in external events such as symposiums, fairs, conferences, and workshops, where it will present project findings, share visual materials, highlight best practices, and engage with broader communities. The organization will track the distribution and engagement levels of dissemination content, providing detailed feedback on the reach and impact of communication activities.

In terms of evaluation, LEAD will contribute to assessing the project’s effectiveness by gathering and analyzing feedback from participants and partner organizations. It will monitor progress, identify strengths and challenges, and propose actionable improvements to enhance the overall quality and sustainability of the project’s outcomes. Participants selected through LEAD will be motivated, open-minded individuals eager to work in an international environment, expand their global awareness, and cultivate valuable competencies. Throughout their involvement, they will have opportunities to strengthen professional skills such as foreign language proficiency, digital literacy, communication capabilities, leadership, and project management. By engaging in collaborative activities, participants will gain meaningful experiences that will not only support their personal development but also enrich the human resources and long-term capacity of LEAD as an organization.

Through its extensive engagement, LEAD aims to promote intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, and democratic participation at both local and European levels. Its contribution to the project is guided by a strong commitment to fostering inclusiveness, empowering underrepresented groups, and creating opportunities for social participation. By sharing its best practices, expertise, and network, LEAD will play a significant role in ensuring that the project leaves a long-lasting positive impact on communities, partner organizations, and the wider European youth sector.
